 My name Karissa Diggs. I am an electrical engineering professional with multiple leadership training certifications sprinkled in over the last decade. 

You may be thinking, "Ok and how does this help me exactly?!" 

One thing that I noticed during my collegiate tenure was the lack of career navigation amongst my peers and I. The lack of this guidance was even more apparent as I started my professional journey. I was fortunate enough to have mentors and training to help me succeed and I wanted to be sure to assist in closing the gap & educate others so that they too can "Digg" their career.
